- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 T flour
- 2 T cocoa
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C white or milk chocolate, chopped (I substitute chopped Toblerone for much of this! I also adjust the amount of chocolate to what feels right. I think the recipe calls for too much.)
- 1 C semi sweet chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 C chopped walnuts
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 C sugar & 2 T
- Graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat egg yoks, 1/2 C sugar, cream, vanilla, cream cheese, flour, and cooca until smooth.
In separate bowl, whip egg whites with 2 T sugar until stiff. Fold in egg and cheese mixture.
Spread nuts on bottom of baked graham cracker pie crust. Add chocolates and pour batter over it.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until is stops jiggling too much in the middle. It should show some cracks in the top.
